Show Season 2017

Highlights!

We have had a great show season 2017 competing in the Ontario THJA circuit and the young horse & pony classes at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto. Here are some of the highlights!

“With hard work comes reward! Very proud of all our riders today at THJA Championships, a special mention to Annings Fifth Avenue and Lindsay Vandenboom for their fabulous ride to a red ribbon in the Modified ponies. What a great start to the week for us and many of the GBZ riders! We are cheering for you!”

“C Equitation on a new mount! This was a trend this season riding a different pony almost every show. Huge thank you to Elaine and Hannah for giving us this opportunity for championships, Crown Ridge Finnegan is excellent.”

“Finishing up the THJA show season in a Masquerade Banquet. Very proud of both girls riding their five year old ponies to top 7 finishes. And last but not least both girls in the top of the C Equitation classes. A special thank you to all those who support us in one way or another, you all mean a lot and we truly couldn’t do it all without you.”

“Great start to the morning at the Royal Winter Fair with homebred Latitude AM (Westporte) taking 5th place in the Governor General Cup Class and 7th in the Lieutenant Governor General Cup Class.
We also had the pleasure to present Mackays Distraction (Rubiness) for a 9th place finish in the Lieutenant Governor General Cup Class.
What a fantastic turn out of three year old Canadian bred horses! Congrats to all for getting these young horses turned out so well and presented in the big ring!”

“Very proudly presented weanling colt “Broadb ohh-bi-doo” for Owner/Breeder Tori Broadbent for a 2nd place finish out of a large competitive group! – Couldn’t be more proud of his progress this past month of training, he did us all proud!”

“Biggest congratulations to Rylee Poole – Kohli, Rachel Kohli and Susy Niles on their win at the Royal Winter Fair with Annings Royal Imagination. She looked fabulous! I couldn’t be more blessed to see such a special pony in such great hands!”
